Description

Ellevio has started a project EPROM for the exchange of RTUs in distribution stations. The RTUs have reached their technical lifetime and need to be replaced with new ones. Approximately 180 RTUs will be replaced in Ellevio's distribution stations. Distribution stations are located in the areas of Västkusten, Västra Sveland and Södra Norrland. The procurement includes: Dismantle/remove existing RTUs and equipment in the enclosureInstall new RTUs in the enclosureSAT (Site acceptance test)Provide documentation for relational actionThis procurement concerns the installation of RTU units in existing distribution stations in the field. Geographically, the procurement is divided into six different geographical areas, where the tenderer will be able to tender for any number of areas or all 6 areas. See attached documents under the folder "Area maps" for the different geographical areas. The client will provide RTUs and communication equipment. The client will initially contract a given portion of the expected volume per geography. The remaining amounts will consist of an option that may be triggered later. Precise details regarding volumes will be provided later in the tender specifications. Construction work will start in 2026 and may continue until 2031. A more detailed schedule will be provided in the tender specifications. It is likely that it will be necessary to draw up a security agreement between the parties, this will be precisely stated later in the tender specifications.
