Procurement of Medicines, 73 lots, according to the Tender Specifications and the List of Lots in this notice.Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information, no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests will be on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contacting authority reserves the right to resize the contracted quantity in accordance with Article 221(1)(e) and (2) of Law No 98/2016. If the centralized public procurements organized by the Ministry of Health will be completed during the validity of the framework agreement concluded for the medicinal products subject to this procedure, the contracting unit will terminate the framework agreement contract / subsequent contract, by written notification without any compensation, following that the procurement procedure will be carried out in accordance with the new contracts concluded by the Ministry of Health.
