Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens wird die ganzheitliche Vergabe von Planungs-, Bau- sowie Betriebs- und Instandhaltungs-/Instandsetzungsleistungen für den Neubau einer Feuer- und Rettungswache im Rahmen einer öffentlich-privaten Partnerschaft (ÖPP - Inhabermodell bei konventioneller Kommunalfinanzierung) in der Stadt Castrop-Rauxel sein. Der private Partner wird gebeten, eine Bauzwischenfinanzierung zu kalkulieren.
