Description

On the basis of this framework contract, the ELY Centre for South-East Finland commissions expert tasks in the area of the ELY Centre for Southeast Finland.
During the period of validity of the framework contract, individual assignments may be funded in cooperation projects in addition to the ELY Centre for South-East Finland, the Väylävirasto, Customs, Border Guard, Senate, the municipalities of the region (Kouvola, Kotka, Hamina, Miehikkälä, Pyhä, Estonialahti, Iitti (in transition to Päijät-Häme Regional Council), Lappeenranta; Imatra, Luumäki, Savitaipale, Parikkala, Ruokolahti, Lemi, Rautjärvi, Taipal Islands) and provincial federations (the Union of South Karelia and the Union of Kymenlaakso). In the border areas of ELY Centres, projects may extend to the area of another ELY Centre (Uusmaa ELY Centre, Päijät-Hämee ELY Centre, South Savo ELY Centre, North Karelia ELY Centre).
