Servicii de reparare si intretinere a autovehiculelor specializate din parcul auto al SC Servicii Publice SA Tulcea cu înlocuirea /reconditionarea de piese , subansamble si materiale asigurate de ofertant. Ofertantii pot solicita clarificari /informatii suplimentare pana in a 10-a zi dinainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari/informatii suplimentare , in mod consolidat pana cel tarziu in a 4-a zi dinainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Clarificarile solicitate mai tarziu de 10 zile dinainte de data limita de depunere oferte, nu vor fi luate in considerare de AC .
