This contract involves the creation and implementation of a maintenance system for Toerisme East Flanders’ recreational infrastructure. “Recreational infrastructure” means in this context: all recreational route structures, both in a loop and in network form, intended for cyclists as well as walkers, windows and motorists. In this context, maintenance includes only the maintenance of the signalling of the routes, not of the roads.
