PL-Wrocław: computer equipment and supplies

1. The subject matter of this contract is: Construction of the system, i.e. Hardware platform and Network Platform for Projects – “Development of an IT system for managing wroclaw education” and “Development of electronic services in Wrocław education” and provision of the Guarantee Service.
2. The contract covers 2 tasks.
Activity I – Construction of the system, i.e. The hardware platform and the Network Platform for the project ‘Development of an IT system for managing vocational education’ and the provision of the Guarantee Service – include the following tasks:
(1) preparation of a pre-implementation study;
(2) the supply, installation and configuration of computer kits together with office and antivirus software and a computer kit management system;
(3) the supply, installation and configuration of servers with the extension of the contracting authority’s virtualisation environment;
(4) an extension of the existing communication system including:
(a) the development of centrally managed local computer networks, including:
— the supply, installation and configuration of equipment,
— upgrade of the software held for the central management of local computer networks and its configuration;
(b) secure connection of facilities to the broadband internet network through a central node including:the supply, installation and configuration of devices;
(C) the extension of the central hub comprising: the supply, installation and configuration of equipment;
(D) the supply and installation of emergency power supplies (UPS);
5) the supply, installation and configuration of multifunction devices;
6) carrying out the Workshops and compiling the Documentation.
3. Provision of the Guarantee Service of the Scheme described in point 2 for a period of 5 years from the date of final acceptance.
4. Activity II – Construction of the system, i.e. The hardware platform and the Network Platform for the Project – ‘Development of electronic services in Wrocław education’ and the provision of the Guarantee Service shall include the following tasks:
1) Pre-implementation analysis;
2) the extension of the Contracting Authority’s VoIP Telephony system for the supply, installation and configuration of 1250 new telephones, together with the necessary software;
(3) the supply, installation and configuration of computer kits together with office and antivirus software and a computer kit management system;
4) the supply, installation and configuration of the disk matrix, servers and the extension of the Contracting Authority’s virtualisation environment;
(5) the extension of the Contracting Authority’s backup system to include:
(a) the supply, installation and configuration of equipment,
(b) the supply of supplementary licences to the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager backup system held together with the configuration service;
6) the supply, installation and configuration of equipment and software for the network security system and the data stored in the system;
5) the supply, installation and configuration of multifunction devices;
6) carrying out the Workshops and compiling the Documentation.
5. Provision of the Guarantee Service of the Scheme described in point 4 for a period of 5 years from the date of final acceptance.
