Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of new laparoscopic apparatus, i.e.
Package 1: laparoscopic tower with opticians for colouring the value nodes in the ICG technique.
Package 2: endoscopic video track with histeroscopic set.
2. The subject-matter of the contract includes (within the scope of each package):
2.1. purchase
2.2. delivery with transport insurance,
2.3.Assembling, installation and commissioning
2.4. tutorial training with the Contracting Authority
3. The subject of the supply must comply with the requirements laid down in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices, in particular the CE marking, and if the conformity assessment was carried out under the supervision of a notified body, the CE marking must be accompanied by the identification number of the competent notified body.
4. Min required guarantee period for the subject-matter of the contract – 24 m from the date of installation and commissioning. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to carry out the necessary technical inspections free of charge during the warranty period.
