In connection with the above, a contract for combined services within the meaning of Article 11(10) and under the conditions of Article 20 of the Electricity Trading Rules (ETR) will be concluded with the contractor. The successful tenderer must have concluded a framework contract under Article 11(13) in conjunction with Article 23 of the Electricity Trading Rules with Elektrorazpredelenie Zapad AD in its capacity as distribution system operator.
