Description

The objective of the procurement is to supply and maintain IT Standard Hardware and to finance the leasing of the hardware. Darmstadt intends to replace the existing equipment with new state-of-the-art equipment. To this end:
the aim of this procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the procurement of hardware in three lots. The equipment tendered for, including guarantees and guarantees, is to be financed by a leasing company, but are also purchased directly by various entities (e.g. schools). In the event of a lease, the right of sale of the city of Darmstadt acquired by means of this invitation to tender will be transferred to a lessor. Conclusion of one framework agreement per lot for a period of 24 months plus 2 x 12 months extension option.
LOT 1: Supply and software refuelling of PC systems and monitors.
LOT 2: Supply of notebooks.
LOT 3: Supply of printers.
LOT 4: Leasing.
