Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment to the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, divided into parts, i.e.: Part 6 Delivery of computer equipment to the Faculty of Humanities The delivered equipment should have the required by law attestations, certificates, quality certificates and meet all the requirements of standards specified by applicable law, taking into account primarily its intended purpose. Devices such as (desktops, laptops, monitors, tablets, projectors) purchased in this proceeding are required to be TCO Certified or EPEAT (at least Bronze) or equivalent. As an equivalent, the Ordering Party will accept the manufacturer's documentation confirming compliance with the requirements in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability. In this case, the Contracting Authority will consider it sufficient to have the following documents for these devices: • Energy Star compliance, • environmental declarations (e.g. ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH), • data on energy consumption and recycled materials
