Contractul va furniza servicii de consultanta TIC în vederea implementarii sistemului informatic descris în cadrul proiectului „Monitorizarea calitatii factorilor de mediu în zona transfrontaliera Olt-Belene” finantat prin “Programul de Cooperare Transfrontaliera Romania-Bulgaria 2007-2013„ axa prioritara 2 „Mediu” , domeniul de interventie 2.2 „Dezvoltarea infrastructurii si a serviciilor comune de prevenire a dezastrelor naturale sau a celor tehnologice, inclusiv a serviciilor comune de interventie în situatii de urgenta”, Operatiunea 1 : Prevenirea comuna a riscurilor naturale si tehnologice.
