Healthy and Bælt Holding A/S (S Düsseldorf B) wish to conclude 4 parallel framework agreements on technical advice and assistance. The framework agreements cover technical advice and assistance relating to the operation and maintenance, reinvestment and new acquisitions of railway technical installations and construction works. The installations of the group (ex Femern A/S) consist of the hinterland connections of the Øresund link (the Øresund motorway, the Øresund lane and stations on the Øresund Railway), the Great Belt link (Eastern and West Bridge, the Eastern Railway Tunnel and toll lines), Sprogø and 4 port installations. Furthermore, through Femern Landanlæg A/S, S owns and finances Ringsted-Femern rail, which is expected to be partially operational 2021.
A detailed description of the framework agreements can be found in section II.2.4 and in the tender specifications. S B is the holder of the tender procedure and conducts the procedure on its own behalf and on behalf of the other companies. In the following, the term ‘contracting entity’ will be used for the companies listed in point I.1. The framework agreements are non-exclusive.
