Description

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract into individual lots. In accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 4 lots: (1) Part 1: Risk analyses and other safety management system documentation (2) Part 2: Acquisition and implementation of NGFW 3) Part 3: Acquisition and implementation of Endpoint protection solutions 4) Part 4: Cybersecurity audit Part 2 and 3 are currently being commissioned. Therefore, in the context of this procurement procedure, a tenderer may submit a tender for Lots 2 and 3 of the contract, or both. For each lot, the tenderer must always offer full performance of that lot, in accordance with the terms of this tender documentation.
