Reason and vision.
The University of Twente intends to conclude several framework contracts for Audio Visule Resources. For this purpose, an open call for tenders with 2 lots was chosen.
Description of the contract.
The contract consists of two lots. Lot 1 Rental and Lot 2 Supply of research, teaching and theatre goods and services.
Purpose of the invitation to tender.
The purpose of this invitation to tender is to reach three framework contracts for both lots. This Contract will be awarded to the Tenderers who offer the best value for money.

The framework contracts to be concluded have a two-year contractual period, starting from November 01, 2017, with an option for the University of Twente to two times a one-year extension. The maximum duration of the framework contracts is therefore four years.
