Description

The subject of the above-threshold public service contract is the elaboration of the KoPÚ design including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The KoPÚ proposal will be drafted in such a way that it can be entered in the land register. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft CoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No 13/2014 on the procedure for land consolidation and the requirements for land consolidation design.
