Description

Raamlepingu alusel on võimalik tellimuste esitamise tulemusel sõlmida hankelepinguid info- ja kommunikatsioonitehnoloogia turvalisuse testimiseks turvavigade ja -nõrkuste suhtes OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) ASVS (Application Security Verification Standard) versioonile 4.0.3 või juhul kui sõlmitava raamlepingu kehtivuse perioodil peaks eksisteerima uuem versioon, siis uuemale vastavate turvatestide teostamiseks. Hanke alusel sõlmitud raamleping laieneb ka vabatahtliku keskse hankimise kaudu teenuse soetajatele.
Võttes arvesse ka asjaolu, et tulenevalt Euroopa Kohtu võimalikust praktikast lugeda raamleping lõppenuks sh olukorras, kus saavutatud on eeldatava maksumuse ülempiir, siis on eeldatav maksumus mitmekordne.
