Italy-Asti: Cargo handling and storage services
The services in which the award is developed can be summarised as follows, except as specified in the Terms of Reference, the Annexes thereto, and the Contract Sheet:
Display and collection of containers for the separate collection of municipal solid waste paper/board, organic material and residual fraction, carried out using the door-to-door system, to be carried out in the municipality of Asti, on the basis of the timetable for collection and route instructions, and the list of access to the users concerned, annexed to the specifications (Annex A and B). The contract must be performed with the employment of disadvantaged persons as defined in Article 4 of Law No 381/1991, as amended, as further specified in Article 9 of the Specifications.
The service to which the contract is awarded constitutes an ancillary and instrumental service to the principal waste collection service for the City of Asti, entrusted to A.S.P. SpA under the Service Contract entered into under ref. A.S.P. SpA No 4278/2014.
