Predmetom zákazky je nákup a dovoz pohonných hmôt - motorovej nafty do zásobníka vlastnej čerpacej stanice obstarávateľa. Predpokladané odberové množstvo motorovej nafty je 720 000 litrov. Predmet zákazky bude realizovaný na základe rámcovej dohody uzavretej s jedným úspešným uchádzačom a to na obdobie 12 mesiacov.
