Description

1. The subject of the contract is: - delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of the Backup System and tape libraries together with the necessary licenses for the Software for a period of 36 months, including hardware and documentation; - providing warranty service and warranty for the delivered devices included in the Backup System and Software, provided by the manufacturer or authorized manufacturer's service for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to the FTZ, and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), which are Annex 3 to the FTZ.
