The object of the procurement is the purchase of various railway telecommunications cables. The Kbt. Pursuant to Section 104(1) of the Public Procurement Act, contracting authorities shall implement public procurement by means of a framework agreement. On the basis of Article 105(2)(c), a framework agreement was concluded with several tenderers. The public procurement was carried out by reopening competition.
