Description

The Visitors’ Centre of Aukštaitija National Park (hereinafter referred to as the ‘NP’) in Palūšė (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Visitors’ Centre’) is intended for work with visitors. The most important part of it, which expands the possibilities to communicate, to interest visitors in the preservation of valuables, is the internal exposition.
The purpose of the internal exposition of the ANP is to present information to visitors in an attractive, visual and interactive way, to involve them in the cognitive process emotionally, actively, to promote a deeper interest in the objectives of the establishment of the ANP, and in the uniqueness (exceptional value), the most important natural and cultural values, landscape and biodiversity, visitation opportunities, without prejudice to the requirements of legal acts, without harming the protected complex, etc.
