The subject-matter of the contract covers four tasks described in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract covering the following services: 1) task 1 - a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents live and from owners of properties on which holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located, used only for part of the year from the territory of the Wieruszów commune and equipping at the contractor's expense (during the term of the contract) all property owners with waste containers in accordance with Resolution No XIV/86/2015 of the Wieruszów City Council of 28 August 2015 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Wieruszów commune (Journal of Laws No. U. Woj. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 3737, 2019, item 4453, 5608, 6204, 2021, item 1986) (Annex 19 to the CVT) and the maintenance of these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition; 2) task 2 - a service consisting in running and operating a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point on real estate designated for this purpose by the Ordering Party and collecting and managing municipal waste collected in it; 3) task 3 - collection of large-scale waste from households, to the extent specified in task 1; 4) task 4 - collection of municipal waste (three times a year) collected during the campaign, e.g. "Cleaning the World" in accordance with the schedule accepted by the Ordering Party; Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
