Description

The construction project is to be planned and implemented in one construction phase. The primary school is divided into three areas. 1. Demolition body, approx. 570m2 GFA. 2. Core refurbishment as well as energy-efficient refurbishment of the old and medium-sized buildings, which were classified by the client as generally worth preserving. GFA approx. 1.390m2. The aim is to preserve the two existing buildings, older in date, as far as possible. Insofar as more economical alternatives arise within the framework of the basic preservation of the stock, these must be shown to the customer. 3. New building to fulfill the room program as an inclusive all-day school with approx.
