Description

Die Wohn + Stadtbau Wohnungsunternehmen der Stadt Münster GmbH (im Folgenden als "Vergabestelle", "Auftraggeber" oder "Wohn + Stadtbau" bezeichnet) als 100-prozentiges Tochterunternehmen der Stadt Münster die nachfolgenden Fachplaner-Leistungen für den Neubau eines Gebäudekomplexes mit einem gemeinsamen Kellergeschoss und zwei aufgehenden Bauteilen (Haus 1 und 2) als Mehrparteienwohnhäuser mit einer Zwei-Gruppen-Kita zu vergeben. Insgesamt sind etwa 25 öffentlich geförderte (nachstehend ög) Wohnungen, sechs Appartements (nachstehend App.) für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung, sowie eine Zwei-Gruppen-Kita geplant.
