Description

1. Przedmiotem umowy ramowej jest określenie warunków udzielania i wykonywania zamówień publicznych na kompleksowe usługi wspierające proces analizy i wytwarzania oprogramowania w projektach budowy, rozbudowy i utrzymania systemów informatycznych Krajowego Ośrodka Wsparcia Rolnictwa, polegające na zapewnieniu przez Wykonawcę specjalistów IT lub zespołu specjalistów IT.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia objętego umową ramową został określony w Istotnych Postanowieniach Umowy Ramowej, stanowiących załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
