Description

The purpose of the contract, which is the subject of the consultation, is to carry out a mobility survey certified "CEREMA" on the movements of households residing in the territory of Nord Lorraine within the perimeter of the border living areas with the attractive territories of Luxembourg and Saarbrücken (Germany). This includes the Metz-Longwy-Thionville and Moselle-est-Sarre mobility basins. This survey aims to collect the travel practices (all modes of transport combined) of people residing in the above-mentioned territories, for a "normal and average weekday", from Monday to Friday. The main objective is to create a global database to feed territorial reflections (organization of transport and travel, spatial planning) at different scales (mobility basin, Territorial Coherence Schemes, Public Establishments of Intercommunal Cooperation, etc.), especially in a context of installation of mobility basins and acquisition of mobility skills of many EPCI (LOM). The contract will be concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for no minimum amount and for a maximum amount of EUR 1 400 000 (excl. tax) over the duration of the contract.
