Description

The subject of the contract includes a brand new, medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Voluntary Fire Brigade unit in Gębice. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Technical Specification of the car, which is Annex 1A to the SWZ. Whenever a trademark, patent or origin is used in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, equivalent solutions or products, i.e. with parameters not inferior to the originals, should be understood and taken into account, which means that the description of the subject-matter of the contract is not intended to restrict competition. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting an offer based on the use of equivalent products and devices, i.e. not worse than those described in the technical specification, while maintaining the same technical, technological and quality standards. The specific products indicated are of a general and illustrative nature. However, all costs related to the change of solutions or products, including the costs of possible studies and arrangements, shall be borne solely by the Contractor. When evaluating the offer as equivalent solutions or products, the contracting authority will consider those whose technical, performance and quality characteristics or parameters are not inferior to those indicated in the technical specification. When submitting a tender, the Contractor is obliged to present convincing documents on the equivalence of these changes in the event of changes.
