The object of the framework agreement is the provision of processing, inventory, selection and storage services for documents created by the Romanian Court of Accounts. The public procurement procedure will be completed by concluding a Framework Agreement for a period of 48 months, without reopening the competition, with a maximum of 3 economic operators whose tenders declared admissible are ranked in the first three places in the ranking drawn up following the application of the award criterion, the procurement will be carried out entirely by electronic means, in a single stage. The number of days until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation shall be 15 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
