Description

The subject of the procurement is the execution of works of upgrading and equipping the school space of Stjepan Radić Elementary School. Elementary school Stjepan Radić is located at the address Domaćinska 1, in Božjakovina at no. 3197, k.o. Brckovljani. Reconstruction and upgrading of a small hall next to the existing school building of Stjepan Radić Elementary School, Domaćinska 1, in Božjakovina at no. 3197, k.o. Brckovljani with a total area of 32.083.00 m2 (surface from ZK uloška no. 1113, possessive list 1113 and according to the geodetic situation). The project includes the reconstruction (smaller upgrade) of the existing school building and minimal environmental decoration with the planned upgrade in accordance with the defined standards from the current Standard and on-site capabilities. The building is fully functional and maintained. The spaces that are the subject of this project are the premises of the school hall, i.e. the martial arts hall and the accompanying spaces. The school has a secured martial area of approximately 15x27m, 4 changing rooms with two sanitary groups, a teacher's cabinet, a cabinet, a storage room, two sanitary points for external users and a gallery with a smaller storage. There's a prop store next to the martial arts. Accompanying spaces are on the ground floor while on the gallery there is a space for spectators.
