Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie naprawy okresowej na 5-tym poziomie utrzymania wraz z modernizacją i przeglądem na 3-cim poziomie utrzymania 90 wagonów osobowych typu 141A/111A.
2. Po wykonanej naprawie wraz z modernizacją wagony osobowe będą wagonami przedziałowymi 2 klasy.
3. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, na podstawie Ustawy z dnia 29 stycznia 2004 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2019 r., poz. 1843 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp”. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym.
4. Postępowanie prowadzone będzie w języku polskim w formie elektronicznej za pośrednictwem Platformy Zakupowej pod adresem https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl . Korzystanie z Platformy Zakupowej jest bezpłatne.
