This invitation to tender concerns: the appointment of project management assistance for communication and consultation under the national programme for retraining old degraded neighbourhoods Notre Dame/Thiers/Vernier in Nice.
The service provider will have two main tasks:
— define a communication strategy adapted to the diagnosis of the territory, the progress of the project, the project’s timeliness (7 years) and the nature of the Pnrqad/GUP devices, formalised in a communication plan (flat-rate part of the contract),
— implement the actions of the communication plan defined and continuously adapted to the current situation of the project (unit part of the contract).
