They shall be proved by attestations from the addressee or, failing that, by a declaration from the candidate. Indication of the educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator and/or the company's managerial staff, and in particular those responsible for providing services or carrying out work of the same nature as that of the contract. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the attached provisional FWC. The services shall be paid at fixed prices, with the exception of two specific tasks, designated as "missions at unit prices", which shall be remunerated by application to the quantities actually performed. The procedure is divided into two distinct phases: - An application phase at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit a tender will be selected - A tender phase at the end of which the successful tenderer(s) will be chosen. In the case of a negotiated procedure, with a selection of applications, this notice constitutes a notice of call for applications for this contract. The closing date indicated is therefore the closing date for the submission of applications. At the end of the selection of applications, the file of consultation of the companies will be sent to the candidates whose application has been selected. The purpose of selecting applications will be to check that candidates have all the professional, technical and financial capacity required for performance of the contract. The overall budget for the works is estimated at almost EUR 7.5 million excluding tax. Variants are allowed. After examining the tenders, the contracting authority will enter into negotiations with all the selected candidates (mandatory negotiations). They will take place in possible successive phases, by email exchange or hearing in person or remotely. The award of the project management contract shall be decided by the tendering committee. The commencement date indicated in this notice is forward-looking. The maximum period for performance of the contract shall be four years. However, it is up to the candidate to determine the exact execution time of each mission element, through a schedule that he will propose. The precise duration of the various tasks of this project management contract will therefore be determined in the schedule provided for by the contractor. The execution of each mission element starts from the service order. At the end of the consultation, no bonus will be paid to candidates admitted to deliver benefits and not retained
