Description

Procurement and delivery of medicines and medical solutions for the needs of the Osijek-Baranja County Health Center in accordance with the Cost Statement with the specification, as well as all other conditions specified in this Procurement Document. The selected tenderer is obliged to deliver the subject of the procurement in an orderly, conscientious and responsible manner according to the highest professional standards, in accordance with legal and subordinate regulations and professional rules. The period of validity of the delivered medicinal products must be at least 6 months, counting from the date of the order of the Client.
