1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting car with 4x4 drive for the Volunteer in Borek. 2. A brand new vehicle, a year of chassis production not earlier than 2024, unused, unregistered in Poland or abroad, complete, fully technically efficient, meets the quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose, free from defects in materials and legal and construction. 3.
