Description

The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the maintenance of GRANDLYON HABITAT's tree heritage through pruning, felling, grubbing, phytosanitary treatment of trees, brushing and mowing. This contract constitutes: - A single-award framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2, second paragraph; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. - This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be implemented as and when necessary by issuing purchase orders in accordance with the terms set out in this framework agreement. The framework agreement is a single contract awarded per lot. It will be awarded at unit prices per lot. Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to a tenderer: 1 In the case of a grouping of undertakings, the form of grouping imposed by GRANDLYON HABITAT for the development of the framework agreement shall be that of the joint and several grouping. The Framework Agreement will take effect from 1 January 2025 for a firm period of two (2) years. It may be renewed one (1) time over the initial period of two (2) years, for a maximum period of four (4) years.
