11.1 Steel construction work
The construction project of the municipality of Aschheim includes the construction of a new town hall on the grounds of Ismaninger Straße 6 and 8 in Aschheim. The building serves as a central administrative building with public and internal uses, including citizen service, municipal council hall, registry office with wedding hall, as well as office and administrative areas. It is partly open to the public and designed for a corresponding frequency of visitors.The building consists of two wings with a connecting central zone as a central foyer. It includes a basement with underground parking, accessed via a ramp in the northern area of the property, and technical areas, a ground floor with audience-intensive uses and two upper floors for administration and municipal council. The access is via a central entrance area, complemented by stairwells, a formative staircase in the foyer and lifts. The roof structure of the two wings is provided as a gable roof in wooden construction.The roof structure in the area of the middle zone (still referred to as glass joint) is designed as a gable roof in steel construction.All other components such as ceilings, walls, columns and underpasses are built in reinforced concrete construction.The subject of these specifications are all works for the erection of the steel roof structure of the glass joint.The following are the main services of the LV are set up:- Supporting frame steel (HEB 300 or similar.
