Description

The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of excess waste with code 20 01 08 (biodegradable kitchen waste) and code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste). The subject-matter of the contract also includes the recovery of this waste in the R3 process – biological conversion of waste, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws Of Laws 2019, item 701).
The estimated amount of biodegradable waste that can be delivered to the Contractor during the contract period, i.e. from the date on which the contract was signed – until 31 December 2020 was adopted at 3.200 Mg.
The contracting authority reserves that the quantity indicated is an estimate showing the size of the contract scope.
The detailed scope of the Contractor’s rights and obligations is governed by the draft contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
