1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup serwisu producenta dla posiadanych licencji na oprogramowanie ArcGIS Enterprise i ArcGIS Desktop. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ – Istotne postanowienia umowy. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
