Description

UAT Prahova County, in its capacity as contracting authority, is carrying out the public procurement procedure with a view to concluding a framework agreement on ‘Deployment services for the intelligent video surveillance system of county roads’ for a period of 48 months. The dispatching services for the intelligent video surveillance system of the county roads must be ensured at all times. This means that they must be operational and available at all times, without interruption, throughout the year. The dispatch of the intelligent video surveillance system of the county roads is located on the ground floor of the Administrative Palace from Republic Boulevard no. 2-4. The dispatcher must be operational on a continuous basis, ensuring the monitoring and management of the video surveillance system through two permanent posts, non-stop, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The framework agreement through the subsequent contracts concluded for operating services for the dispatching of the intelligent video monitoring and surveillance system for county roads must ensure the continuous monitoring, dispatching and operation of the video streams transmitted by the surveillance cameras installed on county roads, as well as the storage of the images captured in optimal security conditions. The acquisition will be carried out by concluding a 48-month (4-year) Framework Agreement with a single economic operator, which undertakes to provide dispatching services for the intelligent video surveillance system of county roads in accordance with the obligations under the Framework Agreement. In accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, any interested op.ec. has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
