With this tender based on Open House, the municipality wants to come up with a selection of healthcare providers who can provide the support below. • Home support (TO) (TO basic and TO intensive) • Day support (DO basic and DO intensive) • Day support long-term (DOL) (DOL labour and DOL educational) • Short-term Residence Support (KDV)(KDV with DO and KDV without DO) The agreement will be concluded with effect from 1 January 2025 for a period of 1 calendar year. The Client has the possibility to (unilaterally) extend this agreement for a maximum of two times by six months. This means that the maximum duration of the contract may be two calendar years.
