Description

The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) collection and management (recovery or disposal), unsorted (mixed) and separately collected municipal waste (indicated in the contract description) from residential properties located in the Grodziec Commune; 2) collection and management (recovery or disposal), municipal waste separately collected (from owners of inhabited real estate) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in Grodziec, ul. Zwierzyniecka 7a; in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced as part of the assigned task, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. U. of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the current Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Region with annexes and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Grodziec Commune. The subject of the contract includes the management of collected waste, i.e.: transfer of separately collected municipal waste collected from the owners of residential properties and from PSZOK to waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) or for thermal conversion if the municipality from which the waste is collected carries out separate waste collection.
