The subject of the contract is the preparation and production of a cultural and artistic event entitled: An open-air ‘Energa Magic Lights’ with its own multimedia show, laser luminaires, silent pyrotechnics and special effects. The event is scheduled for 17 and 18 July 2026 in the evening and night hours (18:00-1:00; two days). 2. The event area includes the following locations in Grudziądz: Błonia Nadwiślańskie, Andrzej Wajda Square, Queen Jadwiga Avenue, city walls (Christian Bishop Avenue), Castle Mountain and streets: Castle, Granary, Town Hall and Al. 23 January (from ul. Monastery to the roundabout of Fr. Prof. Janusz Pasierb). 3. Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes, inter alia, to: - preparation of a unique show (minimum duration 20 minutes), during which professional devices for stage applications will be used: stage lights, laser projectors, charges of silent pyrotechnics, smoke generators, pyrotechnic effects and LED screen, - lighting of city walls, - preparation of a minimum of one lighting, water or fire installation, - illumination of the Water Gate, - conducting a multimedia music show with the performance of the artist Der Spiegelman, - preparation of a club zone with a technobus, - creation of a light tunnel, - illumination of the Silent Disco zone at Ratuszowa Street, - providing architectural lighting on the Castle Mountain, Błonia Nadwiślańskie and streets: Town Hall, Granary and Castle, - the main stage with dimensions of at least 6 meters x 6 meters, - the provision of a minimum of 6 pieces of layher towers for pyrotechnics or lighting, - technical support for the entire event, - the provision of the designer and performer of stage lighting, - the provision of the designer and performer of the laser show, - the rehearsal of the entire event on July 16 from 22:00 to 23:00. 4. The subject of the contract will be implemented from 17 to 19 July 2026. 5. The contractor will ensure that the main screenings in the Vistula Błonie are accessible to users with disabilities (a separate, adapted zone under the stage).
