Description

Fosshagen Resource Centre is a nursing home in Lier Municipality that has 32 nursing home places, 16 residences, and 13 rehabilitation places. The centre also includes a day centre, joint kitchen for the municipality, separate rehabilitation department, and the municipality's aids store.
The first building stage for the centre was completed in 2016.
The extension is an expansion of the centre, with 40 (42) nursing home places. It will be connected to the existing building by a glass walkway on the first and second floors. It will be established on the site of the current car park. This will be made accessible by demolishing the old hospital building on the lower side of the current building. The rigging for construction phase 2 is also planned to be here.
