Description

1. The subject of the contract includes the successive delivery of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin. 2. Monthly delivery will be from 15,000 to 35,000 liters. 3. One-time delivery will be 4,000 - 5,000 liters. 4. According to the current PN-EN 590 standard, during the winter period (from 16 November to the end of February) the fuel should have a filter blockage temperature of maximum minus 20oC, during the transitional period (from 1 March to 15 April and from 1 October to 15 November) it should have a filter blockage temperature of maximum minus 10oC, and during the summer period (from 16 April to 30 September) it should have a filter blockage temperature of maximum 0oC. 5. The Contractor guarantees the high quality of the gas oil sold, meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) on quality requirements for liquid fuels. 6. A quality certificate of the delivered batch of fuel shall be provided with each delivery. 7. The contracting authority has estimated the quantity of the subject-matter covered by the public procurement procedure. This amount may change ± 20% in relation to the amount indicated in point 1, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. 8. The Contractor shall not have the right to pursue claims against the Ordering Party for the order of diesel fuel in a quantity less than that specified in point 1. 9. The deadline for the partial order is 1 working day. 10. The ordered fuel will be used by the Ordering Party solely for its own purposes.
