Description

Negotiated procedure with participation competition in accordance with § 12 KonzVgV in conjunction with § 14(2) and (3) VgV for the determination of a network operator for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the profitability gap model in the following development areas in accordance with the directive "Support for the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of 26 April 2021 (hereinafter "Gigabit Directive of the Federal Government") including the ancillary provisions applicable at the time of publication (available for download in the download area of the project promoter https://gigabit-projekttraeger.de/downloads/. According to the results of the market survey, the advertised addresses of the development area are eligible underserved addresses within the meaning of the Federal Gigabit Directive. For this reason, a comprehensive gigabit network (network with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbit/s symmetrical for all end-users of the advertised addresses) will be established in the underserved areas. The contracting authority has already received a grant decision in the provisional amount, but the decision on the final amount of the grant is still pending and requires the successful conclusion (secured network operation) of the present tender procedure and the submission of all necessary documents for the concretisation of the grant decision in the final amount. Further details on the following points can be found in the notice document attached separately: a) Accessibility of other documents relating to the negotiated procedure b) Questions relating to ambiguities c) Procedure of the negotiated procedure d) Content requirements for the tender
