Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services relating to the maintenance of wastewater networks, valve water, storm water and the maintenance of lifting pumps in the various asset groups of Logial-COOP and SCIC KREMLIN BICETRE HABITAT. It comprises a part treated at unit prices and a part treated at fixed prices. The framework agreement is part of an agreement constituting a grouping of orders concluded between SCIC Logial -COOP and SCIC KREMLIN-BICETRE HABITAT signed on 2 July 2024. Logial-COOP shall be designated coordinator of the group and shall be responsible for all operations relating to the award of this framework agreement until it is notified. Logial-COOP will therefore be the sole interlocutor of the candidates. Each member of the group will then monitor, execute and pay for the purchase orders drawn up on the basis of this framework agreement and pay for the services processed at a flat-rate price for the lot concerning him. The heritage concerned is described in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF) specific to each lot.
