Laufende Unterhaltsreinigung der städtischen Objekte wie Schulen, Kitas, Verwaltungsgebäude, Museen etc. aufgeteilt in 16 Lose . Gesamtfläche ca. 311.700 m² Es können Angebote für beliebig viele (1-16) Lose abgeben werden. Der Zuschlag wird jedoch nur für maximal vier Lose pro Bieter erteilt. Sofern ein Bieter in mehr als 4 Losen Bestbieter ist, erhält dieser die vier Lose mit dem jeweils größten Auftragswert.
