Description

The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract with instalments (1 fixed and 2 optional instalments) will be concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The city wishes to be accompanied by a project management support team for the preparation and monitoring of the contract for the servicing and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, domestic hot water, solar thermal and photovoltaic panels in the city of Cenon as part of the renewal of the current contract, which will end in January 2021.
