Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the execution of works under the ‘Construction of a water supply network in Krajowice’.
The contract covers the construction of a water supply network with a length of approximately 5.1 km in Krajowice and the construction of water supply connections – 79. Place of performance of the Municipality of Kołaczyce.
The construction works will be carried out in accordance with the FIDIC contract conditions for construction works designed by the Contracting Authority (third edition of English-Polish, unchanged 2005, translation of the first edition 1999).
The Association of Municipalities of the Vistula River Basin shall act in its own name and, on the basis of the Cooperation Agreement, as well as a power of attorney, on behalf of: Municipality of Kołaczyce, 38-213 Kołaczyce, ul. Market 1.
